How to Import Midi Files in FL Studio

How to connect a Midi Keyboard to FL Studio:

Bought your brand new Midi keyboard? want to connect it to your favourite DAW FL Studio? Read the steps below as we show you how to get you going.

1. Go to the Options menu from the top toolbar, then select MIDI Settings.

2. Go to the Input settings section. Select your available MIDI keyboard and click Enable. If you see the input labelled USB Audio Device, enable that, and then change the controller type to Generic Controller.

3. Don’t forget to press a key/pad to confirm you’re getting a MIDI signal.
